Our Key Aims:
✓ To ensure that environmental, social and ethical factors are integrated into our management processes and that objectives are set for continual improvement.
✓ To ensure that social, ethical and environmental scrutiny of products and services is integrated into our procurement processes, to achieve overall best value.
✓ To promote and apply the ISEP GHG Management hierarchy, in particular to maximise energy efficiency and use of low carbon technology.
✓ To promote sustainable travel and actively promote and encourage virtual working practices where practicable.
✓ To maximise resource efficiency and facilitate repair, reuse and recycling.
✓ To ensure the wellbeing of our employees.
✓ To support the professional development of our employees and ensure that they all receive training appropriate to their role in implementing our sustainability policy.
✓ To comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
✓ To support our volunteers and recognise the importance and value of the work they undertake.
✓ To use an accredited programme to offset our residual emissions and to promote “net zero” along our value chain, and beyond.
