Join ISEP London & South East for an engaging webinar on Nature recovery & rewilding, open to members and non-members worldwide.
Discover how rewilding principles can transform urban landscapes, creating thriving spaces for both people and wildlife. Through real-world examples and practical insights, this session will demonstrate that nature recovery is not only possible in cities but can deliver lasting environmental, social, and community benefits.
Drawing on the pioneering work of Citizen Zoo, Director and Co-founder Elliot Newton will share insights from projects that are helping to reshape urban conservation, including the reintroduction of beavers to Zone 4 London, the restoration of water voles to the capital's rivers, and the use of conservation grazing to support natural ecological processes.
The session will showcase how wildlife recovery can flourish in urban settings while placing local communities at the heart of delivery, engagement, and long-term stewardship. Attendees will gain valuable insights into practical approaches to restoring biodiversity and creating healthier, more resilient places for people and nature alike.
As net zero commitments continue to evolve, organisations face an increasingly fragmented landscape of frameworks, definitions, and expectations. ISO 14060 aims to change that by establishing a globally recognised baseline for credible net zero action. This webinar will introduce the draft ISO 14060 standard and explain its role in bringing together international best practice into a single, consistent framework for organisations across sectors, sizes, and jurisdictions.
Built on the foundational ISO Net Zero Guidelines, the standard is intended to provide clarity on what “good” net zero governance, planning, implementation, and accountability look like in practice. The session will explore the purpose, structure, and key themes of the draft standard, including what it could mean for businesses, sustainability professionals, and governance teams. It will also explain how the public consultation process works and provide practical guidance on how individuals and organisations can review the draft and submit meaningful feedback.

Join ISEP Europe for a virtual event EU Packaging & packaging waste regulation (PPWR), open to members and non-members world wide.
As Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) reshape packaging systems, there is a growing need to ensure alignment beyond individual markets. For global organisations, success depends on coherent, interoperable approaches - not fragmented national systems.
This session will bring a UK perspective to the European conversation, drawing on experience from collective, pre-competitive initiatives such as the UK Plastics and Packaging Pact, alongside collaboration with government and industry. It will explore how the UK’s EPR journey can both learn from and complement EU progress under PPWR.
Focusing on practical insights, shared challenges, and the role of cross-border collaboration, the talk will highlight how greater alignment between the UK and EU can drive more effective implementation, reduce complexity for global businesses, and accelerate the transition towards a circular packaging system.
Join members of the ISEP IA Network EOR Working Group for an in-person discussion about the introduction of Environmental Outcomes Reports. ISEP's Impact Assessment Network is organising this event, kindly hosted by Arcadis at their London offices, to discuss the implications of the changes to Impact Assessment professionals. The event also brings together the new EOR Working Group, and will allow for broad and deep discussion of EOR, ISEP's position, and next steps for the working group and the network as a whole.
The event is for any ISEP IA Network members and/or EIA Q-Mark registrant organisation members involved in Impact Assessment and will be affected by the introduction of EORs.
