As the CEO/Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact Singapore (UNGCNS), I lead our mission to implement impactful sustainability initiatives that translate ambition into actionable results on a large scale. The UN Global Compact is the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, collaborating with a diverse ecosystem of motivated partners across business, government, and civil society to empower enterprises in driving localised impacts that contribute to positive global change. With over 25 years of strategic leadership experience, I have a proven ability to drive transformative initiatives, implement innovative strategies, and lead high-performing teams while cultivating strong stakeholder relationships and networks. I have led Sustainability and ESG Consulting businesses across Singapore, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the UK, demonstrating my commitment to creating thriving environments and strengthening community connections, harnessing the power of networks to achieve meaningful outcomes. As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Global Standards & Regulations Board, I possess a deep understanding of governance, risk, and strategic oversight. Additionally, as a Registered Environmental Practitioner and an active Committee Member on various management and sustainability boards in Singapore, I provide strategic insights and leadership to facilitate significant business transformation. My objective is to inspire and empower organisations to embed sustainability as a core value, paving the way for a resilient and prosperous future for all.
