1 April 2026

Across continental Europe, 2026 is shaping up to be an exceptionally active year for professionals working across climate, energy and wider sustainability transitions.

With policy momentum accelerating and collaboration becoming ever more critical, a diverse range of conferences and events will bring together key actors from across sectors and geographies.

To support forward planning and strengthen connections across the network, the ISEP Europe team has curated a selection of major events that are particularly relevant for ISEP partners, members and collaborators.

These gatherings convene local and regional authorities, civil society organisations, researchers, businesses and international institutions. Beyond knowledge-sharing, they offer practical opportunities to:

  1. Exchange local experiences with peers across Europe and beyond
  2. Identify partners for joint initiatives and funding applications
  3. Stay up to date with European and global policy developments
  4. Bring back actionable tools, approaches and case studies to inform local work

As programmes evolve, we will continue to monitor updates, including calls for abstracts and registration details. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the list below, consider which events align with your priorities, and let us know if you plan to attend. Where possible, we will help connect ISEP colleagues on the ground.
