About Victoria

I’ve been volunteering with ISEP for a couple of years and am working towards achieving Chartership. I recently organised a series of online coffee mornings featuring the wheel of sustainability and our Christmas socials. I currently work as a Senior Sustainability Advisor at Berkeley Group across their Capital division. I am responsible for implementing sustainability across a number of central London developments. I'm really passionate about carbon reduction and implementing innovations in my current role. Prior to Berkeley I was working on projects at Heathrow and on HS2. I graduated from the University of York in 2016 with an integrated Masters degree in Environmental Geography and specialism in Corporate Social Responsibility. I find it fascinating how sustainability is constantly transforming and gaining traction in today’s world. It’s really important that we work to preserve our world for future generations to thrive in, and this is something I am excited to be part of.

About Jackie

About Andrea

I am an energetic individual who infuses passion into all endeavours, viewing challenges with an optimistic "half-full" perspective. My extensive background encompasses international corporate settings, collaborating with C-level executives within intricate and multicultural networks. My strengths lie in rigorous, performance-driven approaches, coupled with a penchant for optimizing processes. A people-oriented professional, I thrive in collaborative environments, assuming leadership roles, while fostering positivity and optimism. Technically inclined, despite my business background, I excel in summarising engineering complexities, and translating them into commercially viable products and services. As I navigate a significant career shift from Industrial SaaS and Transportation to CleanTech, Greentech, Renewables, and Sustainability, my strategic skills and product management expertise position me to contribute meaningfully to these forward-thinking sectors. My enthusiasm underscores a dedicated commitment to a career aligned with environmental impact and sustainable innovation.

About Louis

I lead the University of Roehampton's team to deliver a Sustainability Strategy. My personal motto is that Sustainability and the Climate Crisis should be conversations and not just declarations; our role as professionals is to help steer change by engaging people! My team is responsible for shaping a wide-reaching strategy, helping the University identify it's responsibilities and deliver continual improvements on themes such as decarbonisation, energy efficiency, biodiversity, food choice and travel options.
