Since 2019, members of Pledge To Net Zero—the environmental sector’s flagship climate partnership—have collectively cut nearly 1 million tonnes of corporate greenhouse gas emissions. That’s the equivalent of 200,000 round-the-world flights or the annual emissions of a city like Nottingham or Southampton. As international politics waver on climate ambition, the environmental sector is stepping up. With 125 organisations reporting progress in 2025—up from 110 in 2024 and 89 in 2023—Pledge To Net Zero continues to grow in reach and impact.
